The quality of the door is very good

They first changed quite all my models or colors after the 30% deposit, saying were not in stock an charged me 200 $ to send part of my order to their warehouse to be put in the container, despite the cotation was FOB. They also didnt finish the production within the 30 days they said, but in 45 days,meaning two weeks delay. The worst is the shipping company they choosed for my order, obliged me to make a 3000$ deposit before they deliver my container and did't refund me a until now, one month after i returned their container. In more than 20 years of importing from China with different suppliers, this is my worst experience,despite Zoey's effort to help me,her boss refusing any communication since he received my full payment. Absolutly upset of such lack of professionalism NB: I was in their office in Guangzhou(did'nt see their factory) and choosed other doors models in their catalog that are different with these pictures.
